Dear Welgevonden Homeowners and Residents
We have noted recent reports by residents of snakes on Welgevonden Estate. As it is summertime, movement of snakes is normal for this time of the year, especially as the estate lies adjacent to several farmlands.
Please be aware of the possibility of snakes being present in the area. Also, contact Security on 021 889 5209 or 076 440 0558 should you require any assistance with the removal of a snake from your property.
